We only accept return or replacement requests under the following conditions:

The item delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
You contact us within 48 hours of delivery with valid evidence (clear photos or unboxing videos).
The product is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
You provide valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Please Note: We do not accept returns for reasons such as "changed mind" or "no longer needed."

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstance:

Products that have been used, tampered with, or altered.
Custom-made, personalized, or special-order items.
Final sale or clearance products.


3. Strict Anti-Fraud Policy
To prevent misuse of our return system, we thoroughly verify every return request. Fraudulent claims—including returning different or used products—will lead to the rejection of the return request and may result in account suspension or legal action.

4. Return Process (If Eligible)

Include your order details and clear photos/videos of the issue.
If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Return the item via a trackable courier service as instructed.


5. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after verification of the returned product.
Refunds take 7–10 business days after return approval.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was on our part.


6. Replacements & Exchanges
If your product is damaged or incorrect and our return is approved, we can offer a free replacement instead of a refund. Replacement are processed only after the original item is received and verified.
